对社会将来一段时间内的发展,国民们道德价值的取向必然地产生深远的影响.
一直认为朱令一案处理得好,对绝大多数中国人,特别是平民来说是一件好事.这是正能

Any punishment on any individual for a crime must be based on solid evidence
, not on lies, rumors and innuendos. Public outrage on a case should not
and can not replace legal process.
If an objective investigation turn up real evidence that proves Sun did it,
then fine, punish her. But any thing short of that, all this harassment on

Obviously you have missed the post where someone was proposing to start a
fund to hire hitman, and several people agreed to put up money.
And obviously you don't find anything wrong with all the harassment on
people associated with Sun, even to the point of harassing the child of a
person who spoke in support of Sun.

Well, I suggest you count how many post by people who supposedly only want
to reinvestigate the case stated that they believe Sun did it, that the only
reason she wasn't charged was because her family put a stop to it.
Any objective investigation could not start by having a person already
identified as the only suspect. Otherwise, it's nothing but a witch hunt.
As for people suspecting her family exerted undue influence, I wonder how it
's going to convince them otherwise even if the police open up the case and
showed everyone what they have. After all, if there wasn't any evidence,
doesn't that just prove in their mind how strong the influence was?

的确，很多人相信孙维肯定是凶手，但这些人在做的努力并不是要去他家里抓她对不，
而是也是在推动重起调查。这正是我们希望看到的。
重起调查肯定是专业人士参与的，不管是孙，还是贝，还是其它人，专业人士自有判断
。咱们不用操心，我们只是呼喊公平的环境
至于你说的这个幕后黑手的悖论，有点类似UFO,有些人就是说美国得到过坠毁的UFO,你
告诉他没有，他就说你隐瞒。不过你想想，这些人在美国占多大比例？
朱令案一样，可能会有少数人比较极端，但是大多数是理智的。最重要的是大家在推动
事情往正确的方向发展，你不能说因为即使重起审判以后还可能犯错误就不往前走。往
哪里走都以后都会犯错误，往正确的方向走犯的错误会更少而以。
另外中国权大于法的现实也必须考虑进来。你要是把其他国家的经验照搬到中国，就是
不符合实际情况了。在一个权大于法的环境，要公平执法，必须要有另一个权来维持平
衡。中国的案件，只要当事人涉及到权贵的，没有公平执法的，除非双方实力相当。
