Tom is awesome!! he's so funny if you actually show up to lecture and is
very clear with his teaching. However you can get an easy B even if you dont
show up, just go to the recitations...so easy! loved him!

Tom is the best calc teacher. He goes slowly enough so that everything is
very easy to understand. You don't even really have to go to his lectures.
Just go to the TA's meetings. Tom's great though.

The recitations were really helpful from the TAs and even though i've
already taken calculus i understood better in this class. Hard to understand
what he's saying but has good handwriting and the notes on the board are
what helps. Easiest tests and quizes yet in college. 97% in the class

In class he is a great lecturer. However, outside of class he isnt very
helpful at all and is actually quite rude (he closed the door on my face
once when I was in line for getting help because his office hours had JUST
closed...) However, if you pay attention to his lectures, and make good use
of the TA, it will be a breeze. He grades fairly.

He is an excellent teacher. Once you get used to his accent you will do just
fine. Easy class as long as you take good notes, do the homework and most
importantly attend TA classes throughout the week. Exams are easy as long as
you complete worksheet.

Calc for social sciences. Took Calc I as senior in HS. Very easy class for
me, not sure tho if you're taking calc for first time. Good sense of humor
in class, private outside of class. Sometimes tough to understand, but he
tries. Words he cant pronounce very well r common words in class, youll get
them in time. Canceled class day b4 Thanksgiving.

Tom is the best/easiest calc teacher ever. if you just do the work and half
pay attention you cant get below a 99 average. Highly recommend him for calc
1. I heard hes not good for calc 2, however.

I was stuck in pre-calc by accident, but this guy is pretty funny. He can't
pronounce things well (ex, p-theorem for pythagorean). He's not nice outside
of class, but do the review quizzes and you should be fine. Easy course.

The way he explains math is with math. He derives what he is doing, and if
you understand that and pay attention you should be fine. His exams are
verbatim from the review sheet. SO DO THE REVIEW SHEET. Ta's can be good or
bad depending. Not very nice outside of class, but hilarious inside class.
Definitely take math with him.

Don't let his accent scare you away. This dudes exams are worth staying. His
practice exams are his almost the same as the actual exam. My grade so far
on the 3 exams have been 98, 92, 100. AND I HATE MATH. Worth it to take it
with him. P.S he seems wicked nice during lecture but is actually kinda mean
one on one. DOESN'T matter, take it with him!

The man, will boost your grade up if your on boarder line. Fair and easy.
Dose not try to trick you and gives practice exams just identical to real
ones. Good sense of humor also! The best ever@

Very Easy and class is simple, just go. All examples during class, if you
learn by explaining you might have issues but TAs are helpful (depending).
Exams are easy if you do the review he gives you. Just go to class and show
some effort you will pass easily.

Super easy. He is the best Math teacher at this school. All he does is
examples and all the quizzes and Exams are simple. TAs are helpful (
depending on who you get) and if you do the review for the exam you will
pass b/c it is the same format as the exam. easy B

Exams are almost like the review sheets, the material is covered in class
and during recitations. I did not go to most of the math classes and got an
A. The recitations however are really helpful and i suggest you attend them.
Overall the easiest class i have ever taken in college, also Tom's humor is
hilarious, overall a great teacher and course.

Very clear with what you need to know for tests, great sense of humour,
willing to go out of his way to help you, honestly wants people to do well
in his class so he makes the tests fair and in such a way that they should
be easy if you know the material, No calculators are allowed on exams or
quizzes, however they are not needed.

Tom is the man. The practice tests are nearly the same, with some number
difference, as the test. The last math class I took was algebra 1, and I
will be passing 424 with a solid B.

Tom is the best. I went into this thinking I was going to fall because I had
not done too well at all at calc in high school. Tom made it seem easy and
I ended up with an easy A.
