“Mr. Wan's management group now owns about 30% of the company but holds
control, according to company filings. Goldman Sachs holds 5.18% and CDH, 33
.7%. A private-equity firm co-founded by Winston Wen, the son of former
premier Wen Jiabao, invested after the buyout and held 4.15% at the end of
last year.”
