There is no way this death caused by infection.
Infection is not a "yes" or " no" process, before the baby dead, there would
be some other symptoms like fever, sepsis...., and hospital should treat
the problems since very beginning. There is no reason for hospital to hide
the infection from parents.
I worked as a nurse for 10 years, I saw lots of stupid mistakes.

，保温箱也没办法调到那么高的温度。真要是烤死的，机器本身肯定有问题，温度控制

If this is caused by infection, before baby dead, he should have got lots of
antibiotics already. Autopsy will find out easily.
Also, he will not die suddenly, doctors definitely have time to issue
emergency notice to her parents and asked parents sign the paperwork.
This is an accident for sure.
