标 题: 买车被骗紧急求助

7月初的时候从一个希腊人开的小dealer那里买了一辆二手车，看价钱还可以， 3000多
。于是急匆匆买了居然没去做mechanic check，后悔死了。结果在我去上title之前就
大修了两次，花了2000多。不得已trade in了又买了辆新车。之后越想越不对，自己是
被那个希腊人骗了。起初问他车有什么毛病的时候他什么都没说，只一个劲说车好。结
果买回来几天check engine light 就亮了，去车铺查，说是o2sensor的问题。更要命
的，ball joint and tie rod end 被车铺查出来有重大隐患。天价的修车费，死的心
都有了。于是就趁注册title之前trade in了同时买了辆新车。
大家说我应该怎么办才能弥补损失呢？ | s*****r

minus the actual value.
Sue him in a small claims court for breach of implied warranty and
misrepresentation. You will win the case because the car was not sold to
you AS IS and you haven't waived the warranty.
but you need to file your claim as soon as possible. If the car can no
longer be found for further evidence, or if the seller has moved to another
state, it is very inconvenient.
