and an increase in means testing for Medicare, among other provisions.

R党这些要求除了推迟obamacare 一年都挺克制的。

比如那个defund关于金融管制的部门.这是巴马的重大立法成果.年初,民主党不惜改
filibuster rule,逼得共和党投票通过了这个部门的领导.
再比如那个关于coal regulation,这个是巴马在国会不能通过carbon tax条件下的,
exacuate fix,巴马让步的可能就是0.
