主要是congress和staffers有政府医疗保险补贴，而且被联邦系统保险自己交的
premium很少，不会像私企一样可能给取消公司保险放到obamacare的exchange里去。

Ted年轻负担小以前做律师partner估计赚不少，捐几个月工资不算什么，在DC租的1-
bedroom里估计能hold住。像以前Biden那样一辈子参议员天天坐火车上班的估计受不了
。

也不少，难道要他们去拿州里的补贴吗？国会的人收入已经超过了补贴线，其实他们找
私人买还便宜点，逼他们在市场里买就是要让他们和群众站在一起。

没有通过吧，现在国会的人和联邦雇员一样参加联邦保险。

funding bill里，senate给否了，何来明确说国会必须在市场里买。你是不是把bill和
law弄混了
