难怪nypd这么猛， 昨天刚dui撞死了个买咖啡的。
前两周， 还有on duty的拐弯撞死一个老头。

I now understand what happened and why the bikers
(1) felt privileged,,
(2) felt like they could force the motorist to slow down,
(3) felt called to attack in revenge
and all the rest of it.
