科普一下：任何人都有权利联系本地议员，不需要是公民。议员要对所有本地居民负责。
本地议员都有办公室联系电话，专门接受各类抗议。他们根据某个主题下面的抗议数量
来决定自己的姿态。
前不久枪友会的很多加州网友就参加了对CA SB374的抗议，最终成功推动这个法案被
veto。
