IMHO, the sentence "Kill everyone in" a country that has lent the U.S. money
could either be an incompetent joke, or an outright insult, depending on
the country. Here are the top economies which US owes money to:
China (1.28 Trillion): Not a joke.
Japan (1.14 T): Not a joke.
Brazil (0.26 T): Not a joke.
Taiwan (0.19 T): Probably not.
Switzerland (0.18 T): Could be?
Belgium (0.17 T): Probably not.
U. K. (0.16 T): Yes, joke.
Luxemberg (0.15 T): Probably not.
Russian (0.13 T): Pay them back! Don't be stupid.
Hongkong (0.12 T): Not a joke.

I'm not a comedian. Yet I can think of many ways to show disapproval to the
kid (why did they air what he said anyway?) even in a late-night-show way.
In fact, I've got a Top 10 List of What Jimmy Kimmel Didn't Say:
