联合国安理会星期天发表声明，强烈谴责星期六发生在昆明火车站的恐怖主义袭击案，
并且向遇难者及其家属表示“深深的同情和哀悼”。
声明说，安理会成员国重申，“任何形式和宗旨的恐怖主义都是对国际和平与稳定的最
严重的威胁之一，任何恐怖主义行动都是犯罪和不正当的，不管出于什么动机，也不管
何时何地，由谁执行。”
声明还强调了把这次袭击的执行者、组织者和资助者绳之以法的必要性。
中国政府说，来自新疆的10个“挥舞刀子”的恐怖分子星期六晚上在昆明进行了有预谋
的袭击，造成29人遇害，143人受伤。
警方说，他们击毙了四名凶犯，这样整个事件的死亡人数为33人。当局抓获一名嫌犯，
正在搜捕其他嫌犯。
目击者说，一伙身穿黑衣的人冲进火车站后开始砍人。
目前还没有人出面为此暴行承担责任。 现在还不清楚杀人的动机。 |

terrorist attack that took place on 1 March at the train station in Kunming,
China, and underlined the need to bring those responsible to justice.
In a statement issued to the press, the 15-member body extended its deepest
sympathy and condolence to the victims and their families suffering as a
result of this “most heinous” terrorist attack, as well as to the people
and the Government of China.
According to media reports, some 29 people were killed and at least 130
wounded after a group of attackers, dressed in black, burst into the train
station in the south-west Chinese city and began stabbing people at random.
“The members of the Security Council underlined the need to bring
perpetrators, organizers, financiers and sponsors of this terrorist attack
to justice, and urged all States, in accordance with their obligations under
international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, to cooperate
actively with all relevant governments in this regard,” said today's
statement
