The parent is an idiot. The question was asking student to find where Jack
made a mistake. It's a very simple task that takes no more than 5 seconds
to spot the error.
Yet he somehow couldn't understand it and made a big deal about how
difficult it is.
It's not the education system is dumb, but dumb people who can't understand
both the purpose and practice of education system making a big fuss about it
