发帖数: 24887 | 7 When I was still very little there used to be a time when 明太鱼 seemed
plenty. Or at least that way on my home's dinner table--Mom liked to stew it
with tofu. Somehow it later became harder to find 明太鱼 on the market. I
still kinda miss the extremely fresh flavor of the fish/tofu stew.
By the way, I guess cooks must like working with this particular fish very
much for it hardly has any scales or tiny bones.
