probe: A 14-month investigation by the publisher SAGE has uncovered a fake
peer-review scam involving hundreds of fraudulent and assumed identities. A
total of 60 research articles published over the past 4 years in the Journal
of Vibration and Control (JVC) are being retracted

not sure how he can pull this off. normally editor would invite reviewers
outside of his recommendations. Unless he pretended to be the editor himself
