ultimate aim is the selection of the Chief Executive by universal suffrage
upon nomination by a broadly representative nominating committee in
accordance with democratic procedures. |

发帖数: 5610 | 3 那个nominating committee不够representative，什么农林渔的代表都很多，香港根本
没有多少农林渔。
其实中共搞花头很容易，就是把nominating committee放的更有代表性，要牺牲一点寡
头明面利益，然后让nominating committee竞选，竞选是需要花钱的，也有很多背后利
益交换，很多时候寡头就可以帮着选自己想要的人，中央可以做很多事情。
选完nominating committee后，还可以里面搞花头，然后选自己想要的人。
现在的就是搞粗暴对待，没有技巧。

香港特别行政区行政长官在当地通过选举或协商产生，由中央人民政府任命。
行政长官的产生办法根据香港特别行政区的实际情况和循序渐进的原则而规定，最终达
至由一个有广泛代表性的提名委员会按民主程序提名后普选产生的目标。
行政长官产生的具体办法由附件一《香港特别行政区行政长官的产生办法》规定。
