Yahoo! just made about $9 billion in cash from Alibaba Group's initial
public offering, and investors are licking their lips at the thought of how
Marissa Mayer might spend it. Snapchat? AOL? Well, here's one area you
shouldn't expect her to invest in: offshoring more jobs to India. |

For foreign businesses, the Nokia plant serves as an interesting case study
in Indian frustration-omics. Nokia had planned to transfer the factory to
Microsoft as part of the sale of the mobile phone unit announced last year.
A few weeks after the companies agreed on terms, India froze Nokia's assets
in the country, saying the company owed 20.8 billion rupees ($333 million)
in missing taxes. Nokia agreed to pay $487 million in December to transfer
the plant to Microsoft. The next day, an Indian government lawyer said Nokia
could face an increased tax bill of 210 billion rupees ($3.4 billion) —
almost half of what Microsoft was willing to pay for the entire handset unit

你太低估三哥的手腕了，人家还有其它手段，等着看吧。
即使过度贪婪，一时犯错，三哥从错误学习的能力不亚老中。
即使失算，你也得佩服三哥的敢做敢为，敢不断的试探对方底线。

厂都已经搞得没脾气了，所有的专利官司都失败。结果是几乎所有的大药厂都在撤出印
度，没人敢在那里搞了。
现在轮到电子企业，IT企业难受了。光靠一个新总理是没有用的，印度是个联邦制的赤
贫民主国家，没人说了算。 |

我不打算批评三哥太多，因为在米国明摆着人家比老中厉害得多。
我欣赏米国三哥的团结和对食物链顶层的挑战，鄙视老中的窝囊。
米疣肯定不容许非疣挑战其食物链顶层的霸主地位。故疣印必战。
