Just play along with the charade by providing the outward appearance of
cooperation. Provide nothing but disinformation to your replacement in an
effort to sabotage management efforts. Then collect your severance check and
laugh as you walk out the door.

Can't do that. Your boss and "Team India" will make real sure these morons
that can barely speak English have diagrams and notes out the wazoo.
Took the "replacements" a year of working with me to figure out my job and
clients.
Plus in order to still receive any money afterwards (one cannot live on air)
I'm not allowed to say the company name in public in connection with
outsourcing.
Not to worry, Patrick Gallagher will rot in hell for betraying America and

Karma is a funny thing. I was working for a place and they cut my pay in
very unfair way in my opinion. I was really mad. I made a pretty good
argument and the manager said he would do something about it. But he never
did. After a couple of weeks I just started looking for a new job. They
overhead me on the phone arranging an interview. They said they want me to
make a commitment to them. I said I can't do that. They said we are going to
cut your salary more and make you a contractor for 3 months. I said I would
go home and think about it. Two hours later they called me up and said they
were letting me go. A week later I had a new job.
About two weeks later the lead manager leaves. Another week later a senior
guy leaves. A junior level guy who was very good was the only guy left. I
told him if he ever needed a recommendation letter I would write him one. He
calls me up and tells me he has two interviews and can I write him a
recommendation letter. I wrote him a really good one. A real piece of art.
He gets two offers and accepts one of them.
Now this company had nobody left in my department. A couple of days later I
get phone call from the vice president asking me if I had a job. I told him,
"Yes, I have a job. Thanks for asking" even though I knew they were
desperate. They could have doubled my salary and I would not have taken it.
The karma was too sweet!
When you treat people that badly you never know when you may need to call
them back up when your company is desperate. Karma is beotch! | a******9
