而且欧洲央行的贷款那部分,利息是返回给希腊的.

希腊银行也早就没钱了，都是直接让欧洲央行以支持流动性的名义拨付到希腊银行的
说白了现代社会的钱是央行的一个数字。

the original bond holders were mainly private banks in the Europoe and
they charged high interestes to their loans to Greek
When it became clear that Greek would not be able to repay the loans
a few years ago. Greek received the bailout from ECB and IMF. The bailout
meant those private banks got their money back safely. ECB and IMF became
the bag holders. Greek either do whatever ECB and IMF ordered them to
do ("Yes" vote) or default ("No" vote). If "Yes", ECB and IMF get the
control of this country; if "No", the tax payers in EuroZone take the
loss. The owners of EuroZone, i.e., those private banks, would not lose
in either secnarior.
EuroZone, from its beginning, is an evil and it deserves to die
