China wants to devalue RMB, but wants to have some sort of market-driven
cover, and PBoC does not want to RMB devalues too fast, it needs some
control over the devaluation process, yet PBoC does not want to use too much
USD reserve to support the RMB downtrend. Thus to intervene only at the
closing hour is a smart way to do.
PBoC can point to the fixing is based on last session close, which is market
driven, it can point to the band is widening, which is moving toward free
market. The market intervention was done by many central banks so nobody
point finger to China. China needs a cover and she is getting it. It is in
contrast with the mostly clumsy policy actions come from most Chinese
government agencies.
In many cases, it is not what you try to achieve, it is how you achieve it.
You achieve it with a cover, at the position that you can reasonably defend
yourself. Be a hypocrite, not a thug, although a hypocrite and thug may want
to achieve the same thing. |

at the end. But at the moment I consider it better one than no devaluation
which hurt economy, blunt one-off devaluation or fixing controlled
devaluation which will likely face consequences at capitals around the world.

最大还是第二大的持有者，而且，在跌之前，日本国内的制造业基本已经空洞化了；中

因为后清对外胆怯窝囊，狗屁装家特多。
危机见事迟，考虑计划差，执行力差。
成事不足，败事有余，但用来骗P民足够。
洋对手一眼识破还加以利用，但不道破。

正解。 但如果后清内鬼买办预先通知洋爹，就完全废了。
其实关键是后清根本没真正有实战经验的高水平人才。
否则人民银行要像米联储那样每天对外插管吸血，易如反掌。
说到底，后清的最大问题就是人才问题，因此斗不过外敌。
长期搞愚民政策，结果没人才后自己也变成无能，自食恶果。
