Stocks are still up sharply over the last 6 years.
-- Same here. PE is low at that time.
The Fed can step in if things get really bad.
-- 2007 is better in this respect since Fed rate is around 6. But now it is
close to 0. Fed's only option is QE, which will further help to reduce bond
yield to make a BOND bubble.
Bargains will materialize.
-- 2007, stocks have real good value in Commodity and Energy. Now they are
gone. PE is too high.
