included two women, are standing trial accused of being involved in the
sexual exploitation of 12 young girls during the 1980s, some of whom were
allegedly raped up to three times per day while under the local authority’s
care.
These vile attacks took place over a ten year period. One alleged victim
claiming she was often raped by numerous men and that staff at the children
’s home would turn a blind eye when she returned in a ‘bloodied state’. |
