这个Mak的案子，我仔细读了很多报道。
我认为他是被杀良冒功了。
从公布的材料看，警方没有掌握一件令人信服的证据。

不好说，Mak被捕后招供了，上庭反悔。他拿出口管制文件出去没啥可辨的，焦点在于
是接受任务还是管制意识不强。那个垃圾箱的纸片给他套上任务和上线，有口难辩，定
了间谍罪。他这个案子确实弱，没有金钱交易记录，不然可能判终身。
金无怠如果没有记日记和流水账习惯，也不用招供，看解密没抓到接头和传递现行，
没口供一样定不了间谍罪，顶多逃税。
美国间谍罪不好定，CIA的Ames和FBI的Hanssen都是监视了好几年，有金钱交易和dead
drop抓到现行。

他被抓时60多岁，说是70年代末被安排从广东香港移民。
