the only reason to remove circuit breaker is because they are expecting a
big decline and don't want to support the market at this (higher) level.
they need to get trading started and make it through an entire day though or
they will have a weekend riot. if the price drops enough they will buy and
some will decide not to sell. that's how a market should work
