这个案子已经峰回路转，形势大好。整个舆论已经基本一面倒向他了。因为几个关键事
实都已经被证实，1，梁子弹反弹打到黑人的，2，警官可以在危险时候拔枪出来，3，
事后一开始两个警官都没有意识到楼井里还有其他人，只以为意外走火，争论谁报告。
后来听到楼下有人声，下楼去才发现有人中枪，梁立刻电911了。
有几个重要因素帮了他，1，华人社区的关注，2，他选择了陪审团，罢免了警察协会的
律师，3，警察协会整个庭审基本缺席，跟对其他白人警察的大力支持形成相反对照，
反而使梁赢得了公众特别是黑人的同情。4，有一个他的上司当时赶到现场的，对他做
出了极为有利的证词。此人从姓名上看是个俄罗斯人（到底是不一样！）
现在基本可以肯定他不会被判manslaughter罪，但可能会有小罪，给警察下台。希望有
华人明天能够去表示一下关注？
这也许是我们海外华人第一次跟主流刑事司法系统斗争的重大胜利。将会对我们每个人

So the bullet ricocheted? Why are they prosecuting on a ricochet? The way
the media and DA's office were going about it I thought it was a dead aim. I
thought POs were given anti-ricochet bullets when being assigned public
housing and subway stations because of the "bounce factor". I mean
I'm not justifying the senseless death of Mr. Gurley; but if this isn't a
witch trial.... So in between Mr. Liang being a rookie and being assigned a
pro's job, given the wrong ammo (possibly) and having his union denying him;
he needs to sue and sue big time.
另外一个评论：
So the one cop shooting that is truly an accident is being pursued in court.
Yet the ones where they purposely shot or strangled a person to death does
not.
Makes a lot of sense.
Also how about some goddman training before you give these guys a weapon
designed to kill things.
