Meet Hugh Mo, NYC attorney
A graduate of both New York and Boston universities, Hugh Mo was
admitted to the New York Bar Association in 1977. Two of his eight years in
the Manhattan District Attorney's Office were spent in the New York City
Police Department's Special Narcotics Trials, according to the website of
the Boston University School of Law's Asian Pacific American Alumni
Conference.

A graduate of both New York and Boston universities, Hugh Mo was
admitted to the New York Bar Association in 1977. Two of his eight years in
the Manhattan District Attorney's Office were spent in the New York City
Police Department's Special Narcotics Trials, according to the website of
the Boston University School of Law's Asian Pacific American Alumni
Conference.
Later, as a partner-in-charge of the China Practice Group at what
was then the Whitman & Ransom law firm, Mo represented Chinese banking,
corporate, litigation and real estate clients in the U.S. and overseas.
He has also supervised numerous criminal, business fraud and
internal police corruption investigations and more than 40 felony and civil
jury trials, as well as presided as chief administrative judge in more than
300 administrative trials in the New York City Police Department.
Born in Shanghai, China, and raised in New York City's Lower East
Side, he has been involved in the Chinese American Planning Council, the
Chinatown Health Clinic, the NYPD's Asian Jade Society and the Asian-
American Bar Association of New York. | C*********X
