A3: I believe that before we see even a slim chance of manned interstellar
space travel, we will see artificial general intelligence (AGI, https://en.
wikipedia.org/wiki/Artificial_general_intelligence ) to change *everything*
on Earth. Interstellar space travels will be made by creatures with AGI, and
by then, as human beings have done the ultimate mission they are made for（
补充解释一下给大家听哈，意思就是人存在的最后一个意义就是造AGI，然后人就可以
退出历史舞台了）, time is no longer an obstacle for space travel.
For "radically new propulsion systems", I am rather pessimistic. Perhaps
fusion engine driven ion thrust is the best we can see in our life time, if

受过教育后,就会明白人能做的实在太少了,往往谈论某个细节,
比如,民间物理学家往往谈论宇宙起源...而正统物理学家往往谈论怎样提高某个实验的
测量精度
