之嫌。就好比以‘中国间谍案’频出为理由要求政府部门招纳员工时慎重考虑招录华裔
一个意思。这首先一点，关键还是事实依据，有没有证据支持这种差别待遇？比如‘和
平’教徒在美国的公众杀人案件中究竟比例多少？是不是高于其他族群？同样的，所谓
间谍案，最后被定罪的华裔是不是比其他族裔比例要高？（相对其数量来说）
另一方面，可以看出一旦找到理由就可以公然建立差别待遇，那么几乎任何族群都可能
会遭殃，因为理由总是可以找到的。所以这也属于魔盒，一旦打开，后果是严重的。作
为少数族群，华裔尤其应该小心。并不能因为自己同意美国舆论中对‘和平教’的观点
就轻易鼓吹或者同意针对他们的歧视政策。川普的问题也在于此。就算认为他的某些主
张自己也同意，但是客观的说他这些主张是带有种族歧视或者至少偏见等色彩的。一旦
这种思维大行其道，那在美华裔恐怕也不能幸免。
以华裔的立场来说，应该反对一切按族群划分不同待遇的政策。作为少数族群，一旦同
