熟悉我的朋友都知道我的公司在高尔夫球场，私人会所，做IT集成管理，17年了。
我的100多个客户中就有Trump的高尔夫球场。
虽然这个公司是他的一个小生意之一，Trump光球场就有17个。我对这个球场印象很好
，对他的雇员印象也很好，非常勤劳，总经理半夜陪着我换server。看到路边一张纸，
都要停车捡起来。
我问过球场的员工，很多人都和Trump聊过天。除草的，球童，销售，会计，教练...
Trump是接地气的人。
而且我合作的这个公司是美国这个行业里盈利最好的之一。当然雇员里各色人种性别都
有，性取向我没问，哈哈哈。维护草坪很多墨西哥人，有没有签证我也没查。
我很了解这个高尔夫球场行业，因为我能直接看到100多个球场的financial report.
Trump的球场是全国上万个球场里最盈利的几个之一。尽管高尔夫行业这几年总体是走
下坡路的。
这个Bloomberg的文章也说他的高尔夫球场做的很好。注意，Bloomberg是给希拉里站台
的。）

而且很多都是变废为宝。这个球场就是垃圾掩埋地被Trump变成球场。
顺便提一句，希拉里支持的太阳能光伏板我之前也是业内人士，光伏技术不成熟，发电
效率低。硅提成是个高污染行业，制造光伏板需要的能耗，各种成本，一辈子都赎不回
来。完全靠补贴的一个行业，不可避免的产生很多权钱交易腐败。

当初媒体恶炒他的离婚，下面人建议花钱“删帖” （哈哈）。他说，Bad publicity
is still good publicity. 他更出名了。 这也是21年前银行不敢foreclosure他的赌
场的一大原因。我觉得投资大西洋城失败一方面当然是Trump自己判断错误。另一方面
客观原因是因为90年代初美国陷入经济危机。 但是他赔钱之后和银行的谈判令我拍案
叫绝。银行都不敢foreclosure 他的赌城。因为离开了Trump的名字，银行赔的更惨。
在对自己非常不利的情况下，Trump展现了高超的谈判技巧Art of Deal，和坚韧不拔的
打不死的小强精神。在整体不利的情况下取得局部的胜利，而且凭借守住的局部胜利，
又渐渐收复失地，Come back! 非常励志。能从赔$916m走出来的人真的很了不起。
我估计Trump没有他说的那么有钱。当然对他的公司估值本来就是很困难的事情。但是
他毫无疑问是个成功的商人。
美国现在需要这样的人。因为美国欠债$19T。美国这个巨大的烂摊子很像他当初面临的
挑战。
Trump肯定有吹牛。还有说话语不惊人死不休。这正是他的一贯做生意,做电视节目的风
格。
但是他说的话你仔细想想其实是靠谱的。
希拉里也说过要阻止非法移民，尤其是犯罪移民，听起来很正确很正常吧？
Trump非要说，“Build The Wall！” 其实是一个意思，但是听起来就很Dramatic.这
正是他的高超之处。
希拉里，布什其实是一伙的。这类人是已经形成利益阶层Establishment。烂透了。必
须要有新血液补充进华盛顿.
美国经济无论谁当选，泡沫都会破的。Obama印的钱比前面所有总统加起来都多。
刚刚看到原来是Trump副总统候选人之一的Mark Cuban endorse 希拉里，声明里面说“
I am not interested to be an ambassador ". 知道她Pay to Play,卖官稗爵，也要
支持她。什么是良知？
都是利益！
你们有没有注意到民主党克林顿和共和党布什在重大的经济利益决策上都是一致的？入
侵伊拉克，拯救银行。。。不一致的都是一些无关紧要的议题，流产，厕所，控枪，。
。。
希拉里在华盛顿熟悉的人脉和利益集团太多。所以竞选根本不需要我们平民捐钱。大金
主纷纷掏大支票。
所以这次是川普代表我们沉默的交税的大多数。对抗利益集团民主党和共和党精英。
早年美国的精英阶层吃相没这么难看，精英吃肉，平民喝汤。加上遇到汽车业，
Internet这类技术突破引起的boom，平民大致满意。
自从有了全球化。精英贪恋的目光就投向了全球的人。
可以去压榨中国人，何必雇佣美国人。可以去爱尔兰少交税，何必留公司总部在新泽西
。更可以通过基金会，开曼岛账户完全不交税。
所以这次选举是想工作的人尤其是中产阶级的革命。川普生活在民间，脑子清楚。别的
华盛顿的精英脱离现实太久了。
民主党居然推出希拉里这个丑闻缠身历史复杂的候选人，第二个克林顿。共和党精英更
可笑。推出Jeb Bush，第三个布什，真把美国当王国了。
川普说出了我们想说不敢说的话。
我反对造穆斯林庙的真正原因我不敢说，川普说了。
我反对控枪的话，“控枪只是限制合法公民的枪，不控制罪犯强盗的枪”，他说了。
我觉得中国卖过来东西关税太低，美国卖中国东西关税太高，他说了。
我想说合法移民优先，非法移民需要控制，他说了。
川普说出了我们不敢说，或者说了精英也不会听的话。
所以布什希拉里有那么多的钱，川普用那么少的钱就打成平手。
遗憾的是，美国像我们这样想要工作的人差不多只剩一半多了。要是这个基数大一点，
川普现在躺着就赢了。不交联邦税的人47%。当然其中有一些想要工作。交联邦税的人
中有一些人被媒体洗脑。或者觉得现状满意。看不到不久的将来的巨大危险。2边一交
换。所以变成这个一半一半的现状。目测希拉里稍微领先。
但是川普的人投票积极性高。所以我预测最后川普赢。
但是川普真上台以后。能做的也会有限。毕竟美国不是独裁国家。所以要是能做到他说
的政策中的一两条。我就谢天谢地了。
而且华盛顿这个酱缸，他们先打压川普。打压不住还可以拉拢 。最后川普变成希拉里
布什一伙的也有可能。
这是我的真实想法。我肯定选川普。但是也看到了他的很多缺点，还有选上后变成希拉
里的可能。川普家大业大，孩子又个个优秀。很可能成为新的精英家族。
希拉里只有一个不争气女儿。所以只好现在狂捞钱。没有前途。
至于精英引进穆斯林和非法移民，煽动Black Live Matter,这是统治阶级的需要。一方
面站在道德高地。另一方面制造平民之间的矛盾，转移焦点，正是统治阶级维持统治的
不二法门。
我对Trump的期望是先挡住恐怖难民，非法移民，和保守大法官提名。这是基本。别的

other people's money in real estate development at that time.
He basically was a failure, then fraud for years. His only success is as a
realty TV star, the kind that not that much different from porn stars.
I wouldn't be surprised that he paid himself 0 salary over the years, but
put his seedlings' diaper costs on corporate expenses.

Sorry, your so called 真人真事 only reminds me of FLG. That kind of tactic
of using glorifying stories really only works on those who are easy preys.
Trump is tax evasion went beyond Obama's 8 years. The fact that he paid
enough lawyers to find the holes in the system with "other" people's money,
while on multiple times berating those who didn't pay taxes, only shows how
big a phony he is.
Last time I checked, Obama is not heading the US judicial system. Just
because you think who is guilty and who is not, doesn't mean it is true.
Aside from all the hypes threw around, it appears that mixed use of private
and work emails are normal for Secretary of States before this was picked up
as an attack tool. As for Clinton foundation, their tax return are for
everybody to see. So far, no real dirt either.
Oh, I forgot about Trump's Charity, now that's a fake one for sure.
