Obama: No significant scandals in my administration

During his press conference on Monday, November 14, 2016, Obama said he did
not have any "significant" scandals in his administration. I thought I was
watching a conservative version of Saturday Night Live satirizing him.
The Guardian reported that Obama said:
... One of the things that you discover as president is that there are
all these rules and norms and laws ... and the people that work for you are
also subject to these rules and norms[.] ... I am very proud that we have
been able to leave this administration without significant scandal[.] ... I
will put this administration against any administration in history, and the
reason is because frankly we listened to the lawyers. We had ... people in
every agency."
Obama presided over the Hillary email scandal that was investigated by the
FBI. We learned through WikiLeaks that Obama knew that Hillary was using a
private unsecured email server. According to the FBI's Director James Comey
, Hillary was extremely negligent and weakened our national security. Obama
lied when he said he did not know that Hillary was using a private server.
This is not significant? Did Obama consult with lawyers about the email
server?
Obama presided over IRS harassing conservative groups. This is not
significant?
Obama presided over Fast and Furious, sending weapons to Mexico that
resulted in the deaths of about 300 Mexicans and two Americans, Brian Terry
and Jaime Zapata. This is not significant?
Of course, none of the lapdog media asked Obama if he checked with the "
lawyers" about Hillary using a private email server, nor did they ask why
the email scandal, the IRS scandal, and Fast and Furious are not significant.
Bill Clinton lectured us the meaning of "is." Obama is lecturing us about
the meaning of "significant."
Obama is truly worried about his legacy.
