Trump and Xi are at Mar-a-Lago together right now.
President Trump briefed President Xi as the Chinese President was traveling
back to his hotel after his dinner with him.
"I think after the dinner concluded I believe the impact had been made,"
press secretary Sean Spicer said. "But the impact occurred at around 8:30
last night Eastern time. The President informed President Xi as dinner
concluded he was on his way back to his temporary quarters so where the
exact timeline is I don't know."
Spicer added that all Congressional leaders and committee heads were "all
made aware of the decision" about 10 minutes before the first impact of the
strike. He also said briefings will continue with senior staff, including
national security adviser H.R. McMaster, but will be private. | T*********r
