房子Close那天，（包括贷款）总共给了卖房人近70万刀。
Close之后卖房人说，
因为他们买的房子要一个礼拜后才可以搬进去，
所以还想在这个刚刚卖掉的房子里住着。
开了一张600刀的支票给俺，並一再央求，支票一定要5天之后才可以兑现。
看看看，
这家居然连600刀都付不起？ |

这个卖家，二十年之前不到十五、六万买的房子。
现在房子涨价到了近七十万，应该有钱吧？
结果，这个房子有二个贷款：
原来的十五、六万还没还清，
又在卖房的前几年抵压贷款近40万刀！
艹，
不知道他们这日子是咋过的？

who happens to be a very nice gentleman, have four phones at home, two
landlines and two cellphones. He does not even check emails, but both he and
his wife have a cellphone plan with 5 GB of LTE data. He says that he does
not use data at all... and he is very thrift in terms of food and cars, he
ditched cable TV because he cannot afford it. He has cable internet though,
So wtf? I tried to tell him he can save a lot of money by adjusting his
cellphone plan, and I offended him due to this suggestion. |
