from China. The barrier for this industry is patent not anything else. I
personally know some chinese companies avoided completing with Xilinx
because of that, and the product itself is not high-margin business in any
kind. If sanctioned, China will immediately ignore those patent issues. You
will see who will become biggest losers. | b****n
