发帖数: 42116 | 5 USB flash drives were invented at M-Systems, an Israeli company, in a US
patent filed in April 5, 1999 by Amir Ban, Dov Moran and Oron Ogdan, all M-
Systems employees at the time.[8] The product was announced by the company
in September 2000, and was first sold by IBM in 8MB capacity starting
December 15, 2000.[9]
Pua Khein-Seng from Malaysia is considered by many to be the "Father of Pen
Drive". He is notable for incorporating the world's first single chip USB
flash controller. Pua hails from Sekinchan, Selangor, Malaysia. Pua founded
Phison Electronics based in Taiwan with four other partners and is believed
to have produced the world's first USB flash drive with system-on-chip
technology.[10][11]
Competing claims have been made by Singaporean company Trek Technology and
Chinese company Netac Technology,[12] Both Trek Technology and Netac
Technology have attempted to enforce their patent claims. Trek won a
Singaporean suit,[13][14] but a court in the United Kingdom revoked one of
Trek's UK patents.[15] While Netac Technology has brought lawsuits against
PNY Technologies,[16] Lenovo,[17] aigo,[18] Sony,[19][20][21] and Taiwan's
Acer and Tai Guen Enterprise Co,[21] most companies that manufacture USB
flash drives do not license Trek and Netac's patents.

发帖数: 2504 | 6 USB 这玩意的出现，应该是水到渠成的所谓发明，也就是说，没有A，就会有B，C，D，
。。。N， 在差不多的时间，出来发明这个东西。
关键是材料，NAND闪存， 中国能生产，比如武汉那家，还有中芯也能够代工，实际上
武汉那家原来也是中芯的一个厂，后来脱离了，在后来被紫光买了。
但3DNAND目前才报道进入risk production, 据说明年能量产，是32层NAND.
外商在华也有厂，三星西安早就生产32层3DNAND， intel好像去年开始在大连生产64层
3DNAND， 紫光目前就在大连拿intel的货， 来装自己牌子的FLASH DRIVE， 在大陆卖
