Hong Kong (CNN Business)US delivery company FedEx has filed a lawsuit
against the US government, arguing that it should not be required to enforce
federal government export bans.
The move comes after FedEx mishandled a couple of deliveries for Huawei, and
failed to deliver a Huawei smartphone shipped from Britain to the United
