2), the money will come from zero-out deficit. annual US Federal deficit
close to $1 Trillion;
3), US debt interest payment close to $1 Trillion a year by now, surpassing
even defense spending starting this year;
4), combined 2 & 3, 1) is almost covered;
5), 2 & 3 are why the gap beteween those-have and those-haven't is getting
bigger and bigger；
7), cut 军费 waste；
6), sending UBI to people's pokcets DIRECTLY is much better than sending it
to Wall Street to ever increase the gap between those-have and those-haven't

我觉得杨之所以提UBI是无条件的，其中一个主要原因是他想解除人精神上的压力；全
面医保也有同样效果。
无条件UBI的另一个好处是，减少overhead. 省的还得雇一堆人决定谁合格谁不合格。
我对UBI是“不知道对不对”的感觉。但杨提出UBI还是基于他自己的经验，想开发老百
姓自我创业的能力。 |
