this gives manufacturers time to find additional manufacturing outside of
China while still allowing Christmas buying season to continue as normal w/
out the fear of short term price hikes. Basically, he's told China "you're
people will no find fewer employment opportunities within the next 6 months
as these companies leave". Have fun!
