Trump was asked if he had second thoughts about his latest escalation. “
Yeah, sure. Why not?” Trump answered.
The reporter repeated the question and Trump replied: “Might as well. Might
as well.”
A second reporter followed up again, asking if he had second thoughts about
escalating the trade war with China.
“I have second thoughts about everything,” Trump responded very clearly in
the affirmative. |

war with China without the overinflated stock market bubble taking a big hit
. Trump will do everything to avoid that so the trade war is lost and the
Chinese, certainly no dummies, know that. |

called around trying to find one -
They are $660 + tax ~~$715 at the dealer -- only place that had them.
I did a search and found one from another country (China) it was $129 - free
shipping no tax.
I ordered it - and when I was installing it I compared it to the OEM I just
removed - they were identical in every way possible right down to the MADE
IN CHINA and part number embedded into the plastic housing.
I doubt very much I could have bought a part that wasn't made in China -
So sure buy American -- but good luck with that. |

is on par across the US retail. Try telling American’s not to buy this
stuff, and see how far that goes.
The economy is divided into two parts labor/production and investor
speculation. Trump’s Tariffs and Lower Fed Rates are opposing forces. By
lowering interest rates as Trump advocates, he is inflating real estate and
speculation activity, NOT new factories. With higher housing, medical, and
service costs and taxes - US labor/production continues to being
uncompetitive in world markets - tariffs of say 50% will not impact US
production competitiveness. Devaluing the dollar is another opposing force
that is simply ‘IMF economics’.
If the US had idle factories anymore, tariffs and tax credits might make
more sense. But our idle factories are gone.
Economic restructuring is needed to get production back in the US. Tariffs
alone is a clown circus show.
