It's set by the humanscums of this EVIL AMERICAN SYSTEM to be held
VIRTURALLY and WITHOUT ANY PRINTED OR FORMAL NOTICE of this 11:30 am,
January 10, 2022, Monday "HEARING". You all try to hear about such a legal
proceeding. Last such virtual "hearing" was on Dec. 16, 2021, during which
NYS Queens County "Family" "Court" judge Emily Ruben and the NYC
Administration for "Children's Services" were blurrily talking about "
affidavit" and about document delivery. No whatsoever "affidavit" or other
legal document or notice had shown in the mailboxes or in the building front
or to me or my "wife" Li Li since then. I happened to see some trash had
been thrown into the garbage bins in the building front, including from the
second-floor renter Chu family, although they ARE SUPPOSED TO RESPECT THE
SEPARATE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR OWN TRASH because my family are the only
ones using these ALL BROKEN garbage bins since their and the landlord's
COORDINATED MANIPULATION AND SHOW on the garbage and garbage bins on May 04-
05, 2020. Among the FOREIGN TRASH, there was a USPS delivery notice showing
ONLY some handwritten Arabic numbers non-understandable and slightly torn on
one corner. ABSOLUTELY NO NAME OR ADDRESS OR DATE on it.
That 12/16/2021, the THIRD FLOOR middle-aged woman (a
renter) and together with a unrecognizable chinese woman were sitting long
in the frontyard of this rental residence building (136-09 59th Ave,
Flushing, NY 11355) in the afternoon and then standing long in the ground-
level hallway in the night. I then in the early evening went to the building
's front to talk to them, and found a MARKED NYC police SUV was parking in
front of 136-11 for a long time, apparently not engaging with anyone on
anything. These two chinese women would not tell me what's going on. After a
long time, the NYC police came to the building's front and talked with
these two women. Later that night, the police acted their USUAL way of
harassing and threatening me with their multiple-times coming in the dark
night to the iron gate and knocking on the iron gate, as if NONE of the
THREE doorbells at the iron gate separately for the THREE FLOORS had been
working. I overheard as if they were talking about the high-school teenage
girl living on the third-
floor had been MISSING. The 3rd-floor woman was talking in GOOD-ENOUGH-
ENGLISH to policemen as if THAT TEENAGER GIRL HAD A BOYFRIEND AND NOW WENT
MISSING. I later still occasionally saw and met in close distance THAT
TEENAGER IN OR OUT OF this building.
Let me mention only one related event here. On the night, ~10 pm,
of Oct. 26, 2021, a white-uniformed white police officer and a dark-
uniformed black police broke in through the landlord side's premeditated and
coordinated FAULTY iron gate and knocked my apartment door loud and long,
for their so-called "service" --- delivering the trash legal
documents in person to me and Li Li! I DID NOT OPEN the apartment door to
them,
because they would NOT TELL ME WHAT'S the "legal documents" about, and the
white officer was first threatening to immediately BREAK DOWN my apartment
door and then changing to get a
court order to break in and arrest me. During the white officer's persistent
swinging for me to open my apartment door, the black policeman quietly
moved upstairs to the staircase tunnel. I frankly said I am afraid of BEING
MURDERED BY POLICE, and asked them to leave the whatever paper there. The
fear and distrust to the POLICE originates from my many encounters with NYC
police over years, mainly due to Li Li's psychiatric runaways and behaviors,
my serious injuries from the slavery workplace and then medical clinics,
the harms and threats from the landlord Shiau and the second-floor tenants
Chu family, and then my young daughter Alexandria Wang being seduced and
aided and abetted by the humanscums of this American Evil System into
deserting this traumas-stricken family. After the police duo left, I found
it's the "legal document" of the alleged "child neglect" case. That's a
RAINY
night, for NYC police to do such a "service" at late night. I took both
copies in, but the psychiatrically traumatized and disabled Li Li would NOT
even BOTHER to look at her copy at all at any time. What she could do to
PROTECT or SUPPORT our own child Alexandria Wang while the police and
medical professional humanscums de facto jailed and tortured AW for long
days in hospitals by claiming AW as a psychiatric patient, WITHOUT their
bothering of asking for any PERMISSION from or providing any consultation to
either parent on any diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment? Since then,
nowhere or nobody would
honor my repetitive requests for the related "medical documents". THESE
STATE TERRORISTS DO SO BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM TO DO SO.
On the Dec. 02, 2021 virtual hearing of the landlord's EVICTION case against
my family, the female landlord Jyne Shiau acted as a smearer/wiper for the
police by claiming, WITHOUT ANY CONTEXT but suddenly and only, that I Limin
Wang often did not open my apartment door to the POLICE so the POLICE WENT
TO 2nd and 3rd
floors and then the 2nd-floor Chu-family tenants told Jyne Shiau so when the
landlord was delivering a new refrigerator to them. One quick thing here,
my apartment's refrigerator completely broke down in August 2020, and I
first notified landlord Maurice Shiau about it on Aug. 24, 2020, but the
next day, Maurice would NOT even pick up my calls. He came over on Aug. 26,
and told me that he would order a replacement through PC Richard & Son. Then
, he relayed that it's a back order, and he cited the fucking COVID-19
pandemic. That refrigerator eventually came in on Sept. 04, 2020. My food
rot quickly, and asked whether he could replace it from the NEARBY Home
Depot, he simply refused. These long ELEVEN DAYS! The same day after the
cheap new refrigerator arrived at my apartment, the second-floor threw out a
mini refrigerator and a couple of other large items and a piece of "free"
paper to the frontyard's front-edge for people to pick up. I have not
noticed any refrigerator has ever been delivered to the upper floors here
over the years since my moving-in here. I would further
reveal what kind of VICIOUS & LYING humanscums they are.
Since the first "hearing" on Oct. 05, 2021, NONE of the total FIVE times of
virtual "hearings" held by the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM (namely the NYC ACS and
NYS QUEENS COUNTY FAMILY COURT) ever had my daughter Alexandria Wang shown
on the "hearings". Instead, the American Evil System put a woman naming
herself as "Alexandria" on the 10/05/2021 hearing to claimingly announce her
affiliation
to whatever Jewish legal whatever and to claim herself as an "advocate" for
the PARENTS. I do NOT NEED THE JEWISH HUMANSCUMS' APPARENT SERVICE BUT
ACTUAL VICIOUS AND DEADLY TORTURE AND MURDERS ANY MORE. Beyond their subtle
malice like this, the PROFESSIONAL HUMANSCUMS acting as "medical
professionals" in Long Island Jewish Medical Center would NOT even transfer
my many phone calls to my daughter Alexandria Wang who had BEEN PROHIBITED
BY THESE HUMANSCUMS FROM USING HER OWN PHONE OR LAPTOP OR TO EVEN CHARGE OR
ACCESS HER OWN PHONE OR LAPTOP THERE, THOSE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL HUMANSCUMS
INSTEAD ONCE MADE A WOMAN PICK UP MY CALL BY PRETENDING SHE IS MY "
ALEXANDRIA". When I doubted her identity, she claimed her name is "
ALEXANDRIA" too! On the 10/05/2021 virtual hearing, the female nurse from
South Oaks Hospital FALSELY CLAIMED ON THE COURT that my daughter Alexandria
Wang was present and with her phone. THE EVIL TRUTH IS NO AUDIO OR VIDEO
SHOWS AW's presence then and there, and AW's own cellphone was in her
backpack Li Li had taken home on Sept. 28, 2021! That 10/05/2021 "hearing"
recording has long been publicized online by me. These HUMANSCUMS FROM THE
AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM carry on
their so-called "medical service" and "legal proceedings" in such SHAMELESS
BUT VICIOUS WAYS.
Back to this 01/10/2022 virtual "hearing" here. Once again, anyone in the
world with the basic courage and integrity can WITNESS what kind of SHAM AND
SHAME AND ACTUAL EVIL IT IS OF THE SO-CALLED "RULE OF LAW" or "Medical Care
" or "children's services" from my publicized and unedited audio recording.
First of all, neither the ACS, nor its whoever "attorney", nor the "family"
"court" has sent or mailed me any print "Decision" of the previous 12/16/
2021 virtual
hearing or print Notice of the upcoming 01/10/2022 one. The black man,
namely Geraldo Duran, from ACS only texted me at ~18:00 of Jan. 07, 2022
only with the info for me to attend the 01/10/2022 virtual hearing. He was
the negro FAKING, like the other negro "Judge" Lucky Enobakhare did on my
workers' compensation case G2029240, with a STRONG IMMIGRANT ACCENT so I
could not even understand what their verbal "allegations" were on the Oct.
04, 2021 phone hearing held by ACS's NEGRO woman only. These ACS humanscums
had never bothered to show me any written allegation of "child neglect"
until Geraldo Duran waved two envelopes on the night of Oct. 05, 2021 to rip
my daughter Alexandria Wang away from the family, with the police's
TREACHERY AND BRUTALITY as a guarantee. Some videos of the 10/05/2021 night
encounter and the content within that envelope have been uploaded online by
me. The bald white policeman was more obviously attempting to murder me that
night, and he was eager to claim that feline is so different than humans on
these DEADLY "medications" PRESCRIBED AND PROVIDED BY THE MEDICAL
PROFESSIONALS, and he initiated multiple body contacts onto me by pushing me
aside, pointing his finger at my chest. I am not a danger to my own
children. These humanscums from the American Evil System, with their thin
veil of as "helpers", are the actual danger to my children too, and I have
long warned particularly Alexandria Wang of being sinisterly harmed or
murdered by them while AW is away from my protection of her and even
knowledge of her situation.
Secondly, Emily Ruben, the named Judge on this "family" "court" case, was
reportedly absent. In her place was reportedly the court's attorney, another
female. This court or its attorney did NOT identify any others present on
this virtual hearing other than me and herself. Thus, I do not know who was
the 2nd female voice which attempted to throw psychiatric evaluation on me
and Li Li, and who was the 3rd female voice which CLAIMED there had been
another virtual hearing ALREADY scheduled on April 05, 2022, a Chinese
QingMing Day and an anniversary day of the INFAMOUS WCB Hearing first held
by the black judge Lucky Enobakhare, after I was outraged by the court's
attorney's scheduling of the next hearing, for "FACTS FINDING", on April 29,
2022, my daughter Alexandria Wang's 18th birthday!!!!! THESE HUMANSCUMS
FROM THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM CAN NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY WHILE THEY
RUIN THE LIVES AND LIVING OF THE RULED AND RUINED, BECAUSE THEIR REAL
IDENTITIES IN REAL LIFE DARE NOT SHOW TO THE PUBLIC. I could only guess the
2nd female voice was that of the attorney for the hidden ACS, and the 3rd
female voice was that of the negro supervisor of this ACS case who also came
over to my apartment on the 10/05/2021 night but stayed verbally silent. I
need to seek damage reparation from the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM, so I need to
know who these humanscums are.
Thirdly, these AES's humanscums wantonly set and then change their "purposes
" of THEIR scheduled virtual hearings. Last hearing, on Dec. 16, 2021, judge
emily ruben was talking about to obtain whatever affidavit(s) and to "serve
" the parents with such affidavit(s) or whatever legal documents. As said
above, NYC police did come to this residence building on the 12/16/2021
night, but apparently for the THIRD FLOOR's matter. NO whatsoever "document"
or "notice" or "affidavit" in any written or otherwise form was ever
delivered to this address or received by the parents between 12/16/2021 and
01/10/2022. Now, on 01/10/2022, the
2nd woman voice, presumably to be a woman attorney representing ACS, kept
talking about unilaterally throwing a psychiatric evaluation, SEPARATELY, on
me and Li Li. WHAT KIND OF PSYCHIATRIST HUMANSCUMS like the namely Robert S
. April on my workers' compensation case and the unknown NOBODIES from Long
Island Jewish Medical Center and then South Oaks Hospital on my poor young
child Alexandria Wang, the NEVER-DISCLOSED MEDICAL SCUMBAGS on the
psychiatric Li Li sporadically over years, can be good for WHAT? ALL THESE
PSYCHIATRIC PSYCHIATRISTS ARE ONLY PSYCHIATRICALLY MISLABEL AND THEN
MISTREAT AND THEN RUIN AND THEN DESTROY THEIR VICTIMS AS "PATIENTS" UNDER
THE GUIDANCE AND PROTECTION OF THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM. RSA treats all my
physical, physiological, and psychological injuries from the workplace's and
then "treating" medical clinics' attempted-murders by simply WIPING THEM
OUT AND ASSAULTING MY PERSONALITY in its "Independent Medical Exam" reports
needed by the DEADLY EVIL IN-SURANCE and SYSTEM. Li Li became so SELF- and
FAMILY-DESTRUCTIVELY psychiatric only since her desertions in year 2014 and
~ten months staying outside! Now, the AES humanscums want to OPENLY TURN
BOTH CHILDREN INTO THEIR PSYCHIATRIC CONTROL AND "CARE"! It's the mentality
and behavior of the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM that needs a frank and honest
evaluation BY THE RULED AND RUINED AROUND THE WORLD OVER THE HISTORY. As I
have revealed in past posts, the "medical professionals" in this American
Evil System are often found not only irresponsible, but also fraudulent, but
also vicious, but also murderous! Such medical professionals, just like
attorneys in the legal system, like police in the domestic armed forces, and
very probably like the politicians in the political sphere, are probably
the MOST REPRESENTATIVE PROFESSIONAL HUMANSCUMS. WHY THE VICTIMS OF THIS
AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM CAN NOT OR SHALL NOT FEEL ANGRY? WHAT PSYCHIATRIC
PSYCHIATRISTS WITHIN THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM CAN ACTUALLY "DIAGNOSE" OR "
TREAT" THE VICTIMS WITH? I outcry such a
understanding from my long interactions with them on many matters.
Fourthly, as openly said on this 01/10/2022 hearing by the "family" "court"
"attorney", such SHAM AND SHAME "hearings" are not for them to hear what
FACTS AND TRUTH I the parent have to say, but practically only for me the
parent to hear whatever SHAMELESS LIES AND VICIOUS DEMANDS AND EVIL
DECISIONS they throw onto the "court". Readers, if you care about such
serious matters, look into their scarcely-provided "legal documents", some
of which have been uploaded online, including onto Facebook, by me. These
humanscums would so frivolously use phrase "on or around what date" for any
entry of lies on the allegations; would so intentionally misrepresent people
by PARTIAL name and WRONG title, such as "guidance counselor" "Danielle
Heckman" for social worker Danielle Heckman-Perez in Bronx High School of
Science; would so maliciously distort an old event by claiming I the father
would ever want my own elder daughter to go ahead for her own suicide!!!! My
March 13, 2018 email to the Nunez, recently identified as a Spanish
language teacher Patricia Nunez-Hernandez at Bronx Science, responding to BS
's sudden contact with me
about some other BS student claiming to be my daughter's real-life "friend"
had just reported to BS that a Korean guy on Facebook allegedly obsessing
with my elder daughter and claiming to commit suicide if my daughter did not
add him back as a "Friend". I had just finished the first "hearing" on the
Workers' Compensation case on March 12, 2018 and sensed some terrible things
had been carried out by the humanscums in the NYS Workers' Comp system, so
I bluntly
replied Nunez, including the comment that if that guy really wants to commit
suicide then go ahead, and I do not want to report the trash NYC police
about such an alleged matter. Nunez never replied my that email, but
astonishingly, these humanscums in the American Evil System would take that
piece out and distort it and include in their year-2021 "allegations" again.
There were way too many vicious lies in these humanscums- piled allegations
, but these humanscums act as if they were only passing what my own children
had "said" to them "IN PRIVACY", or whichever trash "friend" in BS has
crapped about my children to BS authority. I have often warned my children
that they should not trust treacherous people, including peers, acting as
friends, since this American Evil System harbors humanscums prevalently and
pervasively, and I the father have openly voiced facts and views and so
humanscums would target my children too. In reality, such humanscums have
manipulated my young children's mind to not talk with me the father, to not
come home for special events and days, to not trust what I have urged my
children to do, for example, to record and note-take each interaction with
whatever such apparently helpful but actually deadly humanscums. Of course,
the humanscums at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and South Oaks Hospital
have prevented my jailed daughter Alexandria Wang from accessing her own
cell phone and laptop for any possible recording!!!!!!!
For the current round of "child neglect" thrown onto the parents, the so-
called guidance counselor Mrs. Darby McHugh, and the so-called social
worker Mrs. Danielle Heckman-Perez, from Bronx High School of Science, to
my daughter Alexandria Wang, had NEVER contacted AW's Parents before they
together with other humanscums from this American Evil System to ARRANGE my
daughter AW for a so-called foster care at a place which has never been
known to the parents yet. These humanscums practically initiated the process
of using the so-called NYC "Administration for Children;s Services" to rip
AW from the family at the date while my elder daughter, a Bronx Science
graduate, was supposed to celebrate her birthday. McHugh has NEVER INITIATED
OR REPLIED ANY CONTACT with the parents, and a woman self-identifying as
Heckman was ONLY ONCE calling my cell phone number, on October 1st, 2021, a
Chinese National Day, to pose as if asking my permission for her to send
homework to my daughter AW who had been jailed by other humanscums far away
from home and alone at South Oaks Hospital, a psychiatric hospital. Now,
today, Jan. 11, 2022, Bronx Science reported AW's absence from school. Back
in October 2019, it's the same McHugh who initiated the first round of
sending ACS harassment to me while I had only let my elder daughter's
guidance counselor know that the children's mother has long been psychiatric
since her twice desertions in year 2014 aided and abetted by the American
Evil System and then return home in year 2015. I demand the answer from
those in Bronx Science: what kind of trash education and guidance you have
provided to my children and probably many other kids?
Last but not least, why the "family" "court" system would not end the AES
humanscums' vicious harms and tortures to the whole family ASAP, even when
the court attorney said on 01/10/2022 hearing that this case of "child
neglect" is baseless and only a waste of court time? why the "family" "court
" would even schedule the next virtual "hearing" on April 29, 2022, my
daughter Alexandria Wang's 18-yr-old birthday??????????? How a "RULE OF LAW"
"COURT" can be so disregarding of any facts???????? How the fucking the "
Court" "Decision" of practically severing the relation between the parents
and the child could have been made by a "JUDGE" based on humanscums' crap
long before their long-to-come next hearing of "FACTS FINDING"?????????? Why
some humanscums from NYC ACS and its evil children-trafficking-network
adoption "contractors" would even FABRICATE my daughter Alexandria Wang's
DOB from April 29, 2004 to April 20, 2004 on some "documents"?????????? I
know these HUMANSCUMS FROM THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM WOULD AGAIN AND AGAIN
SIMPLY CLAIMING IT'S ONLY A TYPO OR HANDWRITTEN ERROR. THE REALITY IS THAT
THESE SYSTEMIC HUMANSCUMS HAVE FOLLOWED THEIR USUAL STEPS OF CHILDREN-
TRAFFICKING, AND THAT'S PART OF WHAT I HAVE LONG WARNED MY DAUGHTERS NEVER
BECOMING A PROSTITUTE IN THIS AMERICAN PROSTITUTION SYSTEM, although
humanscums would always infuse them with prostitution mentality. The
American Evil System never respects women or families, instead, it advocates
women living on wealthy men by all means, and LEGALIZES LGBTY such kind of
disgusting evil while destroying normal families particularly the
UNFORTUNATE OR LESS FORTUNATE FAMILIES. So tragically, I have so far lost
the toggling war on my own YOUNG children. While fighting to win my children
back to real normality, I have to wage the full-scale counter attacks onto
the American Evil System and its all kinds of real humanscums, but NOT onto
my own children.
I know that my young children, particularly the younger Alexandria Wang at
her senior year in high school, need a NORMAL family environment for them to
live in and grow from. However, the humanscums from the American Evil
System have persistently attacked their family by making Li Li family-only
destructively psychiatric and job-WILLINGLESS since year 2014, by rendering
me seriously injured through a series of the humanscums' premeditated and
coordinated murder attempts, by long harming, torturing, and threatening
this family at the current rental residence at 136-09 59th Ave, Ground Floor
Rear Apartment, Flushing, NY 11355 over the decade since year 2011, by even
threatening the whole family of four members with an EVICTION case since
March 2021 and intimidating my children with their treacherous referring my
children as "John Doe" and "Jane Doe" in their eviction petition teem with
vicious lies. I must have FREE and FULL communications with my own children,
and I must have my custodian and protection on my own children, but the
American Evil System's humanscums, including the Family Court personnel,
even sever, or "educate" the young children to sever, the communications
between the children and the parents.
May HEROES around the world help me destroy the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM and
replace it with a HUMANE ONE. HEROES, REMIND YOURSELVES, THE AMERICAN EVIL
SYSTEM CAN EASILY IMPLODE AND COLLAPSE BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE AROUND THE

my daughter Alexandria Wang, had NEVER contacted AW's Parents before they
together with other humanscums from this American Evil System to ARRANGE my
daughter AW for a so-called foster care at a place which has never been
known to the parents yet. These humanscums practically initiated the process
of using the so-called NYC "Administration for Children;s Services" to rip
AW from the family at the date while my elder daughter, a Bronx Science
graduate, was supposed to celebrate her birthday. McHugh has NEVER INITIATED
OR REPLIED ANY CONTACT with the parents, and a woman self-identifying as
Heckman was ONLY ONCE calling my cell phone number, on October 1st, 2021, a
Chinese National Day, to pose as if asking my permission for her to send
homework to my daughter AW who had been jailed by other humanscums far away
from home and alone at South Oaks Hospital, a psychiatric hospital. Now,
today, Jan. 11, 2022, Bronx Science reported AW's absence from school. Back
in October 2019, it's the same McHugh who initiated the first round of
sending ACS harassment to me while I had only let my elder daughter's
guidance counselor know that the children's mother has long been psychiatric
since her twice desertions in year 2014 aided and abetted by the American
Evil System and then return home in year 2015. I demand the answer from
those in Bronx Science: what kind of trash education and guidance you have
provided to my children and probably many other kids?
