1、父母双方是中国国籍，持F、J、H签证的，孩子出生在美国，中国政府认为是中国公
民，父母可到中领馆为孩子申办旅行证，尽管这些孩子可能申领了美国护照，进入中国
凭旅行证即可，不需要签证。之后父母身份变更为绿卡，孩子仍持旅行证出入中国，直
到18岁。
2、孩子出生时，父母任一方是绿卡或美国公民，中国政府就不认为是中国公民了，孩
子出入中国需要签证。
谷爱琳的国籍有两种可能，一是出生时其母亲单亲，且是F、J、或H签证，其母为其申
办了旅行证，所以谷爱琳就一直是中国国籍；二是出生时其母亲绿卡或仍与其父共同生
活，她就是美国国籍。她代表中国参加奥运会，就必须放弃美国国籍，CNN也有报道了。
朱易的国籍也是同样的道理，如果是中国国籍没有问题，否则必须放弃美国国籍才能参
加竞赛。
奥委会对国籍有专门规定：
According to Olympic Charter Rule 41 by the International Olympic Committee
(IOC), athletes must be nationals—or citizens—of the country they
represent. Athletes can change the country they represent in the Olympics
under certain circumstances.
Nationality of Competitors, an athlete who has dual citizenship can
represent the country of their choosing in the Olympic Games. Once they have
represented a specific country—in the Olympics, continental or regional
games, or world or regional championships recognized by the relevant
International Sports Federations (IFs)—they can only change countries under
certain circumstances. Most notably:
At least three years have passed since the competitor last represented their
former country. However, this requirement may be reduced or waived by the
IOC Executive Board with the agreement of the relevant National Olympic
Committee (NOC) and IF.
放弃美国国籍也不是难事，特别对没有收入的小孩子，不存在报税问题：
A person wishing to renounce his or her U.S. citizenship must voluntarily
and with intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship:
1、appear in person before a U.S. consular or diplomatic officer,
2、in a foreign country at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate; and.
3、sign an oath of renunciation. |

去全世界参加各种比赛也用美国护照，只是在中国捞钱用中国护照

也是用的美国护照，2022还要在斯坦福大学读书呢。
代表中国参赛，中国和奥委会认可，金牌入账，就完事了，其它别瞎想。
