A 45-year-old man who disappeared with a 16-year-old Pennsylvania girl two
weeks ago will return to Pennsylvania to face charges after he waived
extradition at a court appearance in Miami on Monday.
The pair was found Saturday in Mexico, and the man was arrested, authorities
said.
The teen and Kevin Esterly, the man police say she willingly ran away with,
were escorted to Miami by US Homeland Security Investigations agents and the
US Marshals Service. Esterly had a court appearance on Monday in which he
agreed to waive extradition and return to Pennsylvania to face charges. | s*****n
