Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered Russian troops into two separatist
pro-Moscow regions in eastern Ukraine after recognizing their independence
on Monday.
The US expects Russian troops could move as soon as tonight or tomorrow into
Donbas, a senior US official familiar with latest intelligence said.
