无知的人总能把复杂的东西过于简单化
把俄乌战争与俄清对立相提并论
但似乎不知：
乌克兰族和俄罗斯族占沙俄比例18%和44%

把乌俄战争与中日战争相提并论
却忘了：
几乎所有中国人不会认为自己是日本人，甚至不会认日本人为亲族
而俄族和乌族在血缘、历史和文化上是最近的族
几十年年前还在同一国家
但现在
顿巴斯的大多数俄族人都不会认为他们是乌克兰族人，也不会愿意回乌克兰
乌克兰族很少回想被俄罗斯统治，大多数乌克兰族也不会去理解俄罗斯族多年受到的压
制甚至迫害和残杀
多年与新纳粹和极端民族主义军事力量和政治势力同流合污的乌克兰政府是分裂国家的
首要祸首
北约是同犯
如果北约不逼进俄罗斯，就不会发展到俄国有一定合理性入侵的借口
现在西方与新纳粹起家的azov是混在一起了，主体媒体在某种程度上洗白新纳粹的痕迹
从odessa到乌东是列宁时期从俄罗斯划给了乌克兰。相当于东北三省和内蒙古的边界地
区被重新行政划分，而不是划分给一个民族国家或民族。
2014年乌克兰政变时，俄族被乌克兰族化的乌克兰国进一步压制，发生内战。俄族为主
的3个区或重归俄罗斯或独立，战争持续了8年，乌军在顿巴斯聚集了好几万人以上的军
力，准备在3月灭2个独立区。俄罗斯直接进入战争，从内战性质转为半内战（比较接近
内战）的性质。
中国人/中国偏向俄罗斯是担心中国像前些年那样还是头号目标
本质上是理智地出于自身利益考虑
谈不上是高尚或下贱，是非常合乎情理的选择
实际上，世界上真正反俄的就总是那些国家。合起来50左右
那些基本上也是从前与中国做对的国家
那些基本上也是从前与塞尔维亚做对的国家
。。。与伊朗做对的国家。。。
。。。
说穿了：现在的欧洲在骨子里，在很大程度上还是大殖民时代的欧洲 |

按重要性排点
1.经济
世界银行预期今年：乌克兰降45%，俄罗斯11.2%
我觉得这个数字还会下调
如果趋势是朝更大的数据走，比如乌克兰是57%，俄罗斯是16%
最先受不了的会是乌克兰，即使会有西方的大量援助（尤其包括燃料--不开玩笑，乌克
兰已经在很吃紧）
（这场战争会让欧洲的难民越来越多，让本来就受损的欧洲经济更受影响---援助多了
，俄国会继续加大报复---在能源供应上）
2.军事援助
以现在的战争力度，乌克兰日均较大装备损耗就会有1甚至2亿美元以上
到昨天为止，俄报告的数字 （去50%吧）
防空导弹系统 4.23 （单元：高达1亿美元水平）
战斗机 2.17 （千万美元+）
直升机 1.7 （1千万美元）
无人机 10 （tb2，几百万）
多发射火箭系统 4.67 （几百万）
炮 18.12 （几十万）
坦克/装甲车 40.58 （百万上下）

开战以来，美国给了30亿战斗武器装备
欧洲很可能不会超过美国的3倍
这些援助包括了个人可携带的反坦克和反飞机导弹等等没有列入上述的武器装备
100亿可能只够2个月甚至更短时间的消耗
因此乌军的装备很可能明显减少了，更别提它们是否能够及时补充到各大前线（如果完
全没有被俄军炸掉）
对比的是：俄军若干月内不应该存在火力减小的问题（它有极大的储备和自产自供能力）
3.人力消涨
乌克兰的人口被有效减小了至少1/4（根据占领区人口数目）
从持续性看，乌克兰难以玩下去。到了一定程度（比如俄军再俘虏几个1千人），宣传
作用的效力会被打不小的折扣。
爱心爆棚的乌克兰人不明白的是：东部和南部的大多数乌克兰人是不那么爱多年来压制
他们的乌克兰的。
kramatosk和mariupol等地的民调也是想独立。kherson是个例外，但人口不多，而且俄
国人似乎也让那的占领区基本平息了。
从更长远看，
对乌克兰是半灭战争（俄方好不容易拿下的土地不会轻易吐出）

战争双方都难免会死很多人
很多乌克兰军人的反击也有一定的合理性，虽然他们是站在azov一边，而且是政府的坚
决支持者。
但是在乌东，他们已经是入侵者。那里的人基本上是不想做乌克兰人的。
而俄方有帮助自己人的义务，那是正当的。但是，它也有自己的野心：就是要肢解乌克
兰。发展下去就是最终吞并很多地区，包括从odessa到乌东。
因此我说过：俄乌双方都有灰暗面。
但是，2个亲族恶化到现在的最大原因：乌克兰国自己几十年来整体上向乌克兰族转换
造成的。

最开始就说过要讨论一下
很简短地讨论吧
它是一个私人性军事公司，提供职业军人和职业军事服务的公司。历史不长，但却参与
了至少好几个国家的战争。与俄国政府有合作甚至更紧密的关系。
它非常类似于美国早许多年就有的同类性质的公司。其中最有名的1个是菌斑多数人应
该听说或者知道的blackwater。
虽然它是绝对的后生，但是名气却不小了。与国际和普京的政治有关。
但它的大背景却还不是很清楚。
起家的时候就不是很合俄国法律。俄国政府曾经抓过它的一些人。
dimitry utkin至少是它最早的人之一，也就是建立者之一，但可能也有其他的共同建
立者。
应该是很快做了有利于俄国的境外利益（在乌克兰）而且继续那样做了，并且有其它政
府的需要，它得以发展，
dimitry utkin本人被有人传是新纳粹，而且有图片显示他身上有ss符。对那，我很不
相信。因为：纳粹在俄国尤其是俄军中是最难听的名字，他本人曾经是俄军特种部队的
一个旅长。我觉得那个图片很可能是伪造的。
它应该没有什么思想意识知道，最大的考虑是为了经营获利（这类生意是不好做到的--
好像美国的也不行），因此可能会出现everything goes的情况，里面可能会有不少乱
七八糟的人（我猜）。
与它挂钩甚至可能有所属关系的1个几百人军事组织被传是新纳粹。差不多也是根据同
种考虑，我认为可能性不大，但是没有utkin的可能性小。
俄国是多民族和多种族性较高的国家，由于对纳粹作战的惨烈历史，新纳粹组织能成较
大规模的可能性极低，更不可能与俄国政府有紧密的关系。
但是不能排除上述的那个较小组织有很强的民族甚至种族主义倾向。一般来说，对那种
描述是极右民族主义，但至少名义上不是新纳粹。种族主义远远早于纳粹主义。
因此，我们可以说azov是新纳粹兴起的，但是对有的乌克兰民族主义者建立的军事组织
，我们应该叫做极端民族主义军事组织（azov也属于其中）。
wagner的情况基本就是那样。基本上它是个提供雇佣军或者职业军事服务/技术指导的
公司。
它主要活动在乌东。现在知道的是：在卢甘斯克的popasna和另外一个地方（在顿涅斯
克）都有。 |

乌克兰在kharkiv城附近donets河西取得多个小村/镇
俄方在popasna有进展，对意图最终合围的avdiivka有些侧翼小小进，清零了rubizhne
，夺取多个村庄后已经在lyman开打（一般都认为乌军最终会退出，那以后，俄军就会
把乌军从izyum到顿涅斯克区内donets河东的乌军都清除或赶走了），俄军还取得了其
它几个小村庄（其中包括在靠顿涅斯克前线靠西的地方）。 |
