Democratic Party has formed two major factions: Toshimitsu
Motegi's "conservative main stream" and "conservative side
stream". In other words, the faction who can often be the
president of the party and the prime minister of the cabinet
belongs to the current stream, while the faction who has little
chance is the side stream. Both are prefaced with
"conservative". Without the keyword conservative, it means that
there is no soul of the Liberal Democratic Party. |
