这么说吧，板上叫唤这么久了，东乌比起两个月前实际控制区域多了多少？真刀真枪
？笑死了，说过了，鹅毛根本没有实力吃掉乌克兰，甚至个别重点城市都不可能，那么
美国活动空间就非常大，最最次的情况也可以维持一个和鹅毛保持不可能和解状态的乌
克兰，这已经是大胜，更不要说其他情况。再说一遍，去年夏天我就这个论点至今不变
，乌克兰是毛子输多少的问题，毛子怂的越晚输越大
毛。

President Barack Obama says the US is studying the option of supplying
lethal defensive arms to Ukraine if diplomacy fails to end the crisis in the

MOSCOW — Negotiators meeting in Minsk, Belarus, reached a tentative deal
for a cease-fire in Ukraine on Tuesday night, setting the stage for a
meeting of the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France to sign the
agreement on Wednesday, according to media reports.
The initial reports came from Tass, a Russian government-connected news
service, and BelTa, a Belorussian news agency. However, in a report on its
website, a Ukrainian weekly newspaper, Zerkalo Nedeli, disputed the report
of a deal.
Citing its own unnamed source, the newspaper said that Tass was trying to
bolster the proposals put forward by the Russian-backed separatists who are
battling the Ukrainian government.
Russia’s Interfax news agency also said reports of a deal were premature,
as did representatives of the contact group working on an agreement, Reuters
reported.
What was clear was that the meeting lasted roughly two hours, from about 9 p
.m. until just after 11 p.m. Participants in the talks were photographed
leaving the reception house of the Belarus Foreign Ministry, where the

US sending around 600 paratroopers to Ukraine to train troops

A battalion of around 600 American paratroopers will be heading to Ukraine
next month to train national guard troops there, a Pentagon spokesman told
Fox News Wednesday.
The unit heading to the war-torn country is from the U.S. Army's 173rd
Airborne Brigade Combat Team, based out of Vicenza, Italy.
The training is to take place at the Yavariv training center in the western
Ukrainian city of Lviv, U.S. Army Europe Commander Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges said,
according to The Associated Press.
Hodges said the Americans will train the Ukrainians how to better defend
themselves against "Russian and rebel artillery and rockets." Training also
will include securing roads, bridges and other infrastructure and treating

WASHINGTON — The United States accused Russia on Friday of massing
artillery and rocket systems around a contested town in eastern Ukraine and
joining pro-Russian rebels in attacking Ukrainian forces, calling such
actions a violation of the spirit of a cease-fire agreement signed just one
day earlier.
The accusation, made by the State Department spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, also
said that the Russian military had deployed air defense systems near the
town, Debaltseve. Thousands of Ukrainian soldiers in Debaltseve have been
reported to be surrounded by pro-Russian insurgents and fighting has
escalated there ahead of the scheduled Saturday night start of the cease-

Debaltseve is a vital link between Donetsk and Luhansk, the officials said

KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine plans to spend five percent of its budget or 86
billion hryvnia ($5.5 billion) on the army and on law enforcement in 2015
and to reintroduce compulsory military service, a top security official said
on Saturday.
Pro-Russian separatism erupted in Ukraine's east in April, killing over 4,
700 people. While violence has lessened in recent weeks, Kiev has said it
must build up its military to counter any future threats in the east.
"Victory is the only option," the secretary of the National Security and
Defence Council, Oleksander Turchynov, said at a meeting of security
officials.
It is not known how much Ukraine spent on defense and security this year,
but Turchynov said the plans for 2015 represent a "colossal" increase.
He said Ukrainians between the ages of 20 and 27 would be called up for 18
months of military service. President Petro Poroshenko earlier stressed that
these recruits would not have to serve on the frontline.
The uprising by the separatists, who oppose central rule by Kiev and seek
union with Russia, began a month after Russia annexed the Black Sea
peninsula of Crimea from Ukraine in March.

For any cease-fire to hold, Ukraine's military needs more equipment to
enforce it, Clark said.
He pointed out that 29,000 separatist fighters are supplied with advanced
Russian weaponry and are joined on the battlefield by as many as 14,000
Russian troops, including infantry, special operations, armor and artillery
units. Russia denies sending troops or weapons to eastern Ukraine.
Ukraine has committed all but a handful of military units to hold the cease-
fire line but lacks weapons comparable to what the separatists have, said
Philip Karber, president of the Potomac Foundation, which has helped former
Soviet bloc countries join NATO.
Both Clark and Karber traveled to Ukraine this month and consulted with
military leaders there. The two analysts collaborated in April on a report
that Clark presented at the White House describing Russia's strategy in

US Troops Heading to Ukraine to Give Medical Training

A U.S. military official said Tuesday the Pentagon will be deploying a small
number of troops to Ukraine to provide combat medical training to forces
there who have been battling Russian-backed separatists.
Between five and 10 troops will go to western Ukraine next week for what
will be a second round of coaching and mentoring members of the Ukraine
military who will then go on to become trainers.
The U.S. forces will deploy out of Europe.
Last year, the U.S. trained about 300 Ukrainian troops on battlefield
medicine. U.S. officials are continuing to review the range of instruction
and other aid that can be provided to Ukraine.
In London, meanwhile, British Prime Minister David Cameron announced Tuesday
that up to 75 British military personnel will deploy to Ukraine next month
to provide advice and training to government forces.
The U.K. servicemen will be based well away from the areas of conflict, and
will offer medical, intelligence, logistics and infantry training.
