- 7 min walk to campus connector
- excellent neighborhood (if you go to UMN, you definitely know CTC).
Cost: Half $786 (total rent, including gas, heat, electricity, TV) plus half
share of fees for internet; half of the security deposit (half month rent)
Starting date: August.
