have a lot of questions:
1. Why all the houses I searched have below ground living space? Is it very
popular in Minnesoda because of the weather?
2. Is the finished basement usually counted in the total square feet?
3. How is the road condition in winter? IS the road cleaned propmtly? How
about miles away from the city (like 10 miles west from Mayo)?
4. Any good realtors you can recommend?
