Actually, you can try craiglist to find private owned condo for renting. I
got mine this way, it's pretty nice.

Target store and fancy shopping malls. other pros include: on-site laundry,
central AC, indoor pool.
but seems too pricey for me (2 yrs ago when I was checking it out)
considering their not-so-new indoor fixtures (such as bathroom sink bowl or
similar stuff).
btw: does it really bother, in general if a community has a large Indian
population, even though most of them living there are well-educated and
having decent jobs?

失情况越来越多,虽然三哥三嫂们个个看上去都很well-educated....
