belongs to Rush Creek elementary school. It is available in Dec.

good area to live and the lease price is reasonable?

是month by month的原因（之一）。租客搬进去，有可能被要求同意准许有意买房者看
房。看这个房租/面积确实算便宜。
所以呢，要看租房条款细则，还有utilities, snow cleaning, etc. | n****q
发帖数: 464 | 4 Thank you for reminder. Yes, it was listed for sale many times.
At the mean time, I also will look for a house to buy shortly after I am
there. It is good that it is off market right now. But I do not want to be
kicked out right after I move in. I should check 租房条款细则!! or I guess I
should keep looking other houses, as buying a house process can easily run
for 6 months or even a year.
