定（新车case）
如果flat tax across the state, 那就更简单了
恨死密州的税了，应该买好了车再来的。原来５％，现在Rolla city limit里面要７。

If I choose to live in different area in STL, I can save $3600 (not tax) in
the next 8 month! TNND, my cowork saved this $3600 but not me. Sah!

worth 40 万 according to county government accessment?
Plus most of NE towns has surcharges beyond the property tax published on
paper.
Never bought a house and never researched on buying a house, might be
