我校国际留学生处突然决定征收这笔费用, 全文如下
Dear International Student,
Greetings and best wishes from International Student Affairs. I hope you
all had a restful and productive Spring Break.
I wish to bring to your attention a change you will notice on your PathWay
accounts after you register for Fall 2009 courses. Beginning with
enrollment for the Fall 2009 semester, you will be assessed a one-time
international student services fee of $200.00. (In the future new
